Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition including authorization number. Please e-mail to make request customerservices@bestfriendskids.com or call (210)
349-9233. An authorization number is required on all exchanges and returns.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging, all original tags must be attached. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Purchases from TEXAS may be returned for store credit or exchange
Purchases outside of texas must be made within 14 days for credit card refund.
Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
When returning an item please include:
original receipt. without original receipt we will be unable to process your return.
Send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation.
Returns can be credited back to the same credit card used.
Items must be returned in new and unused condition, must be in original package with akk tags attached. If you are not completly satisfied with your purchase you have 7 days from the shipping date to exchange the item (s).
BFKB is not responsible for items shipped without insurance or are lost, stolen or undeliverable.
